3 Options Realty App Privacy Policy
The 3 Options Realty mobile app (iOS and Android) is developed and operated by Ciergo LLC on behalf of 3 Options Realty LLC, your property manager. This policy covers the app. Rental applications, leases, screening and other records outside the app are covered by 3 Options Realty's privacy policy.
Who is responsible
- 3 Options Realty LLC manages your rental home. It decides who has access to the app and keeps your tenancy records.
- Ciergo LLC builds and operates the app and its servers, and processes app data on behalf of 3 Options Realty.
Information the app collects

The app does not collect precise location, contacts or advertising identifiers. It does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Device permissions
- Camera and photos: only when you choose to attach a picture or video, for example to a maintenance request.
- Notifications: to alert you to messages, request updates and tasks. You can turn these off in your device settings.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. Information is shared only:
- With 3 Options Realty, as your property manager
- With maintenance vendors, limited to what's needed to complete a repair (such as address, access instructions, contact details and the request itself)
- With service providers that run the app: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Google Firebase (authentication, notifications, diagnostics), AppFolio (3 Options Realty's property management system, which the app syncs with) and PandaDoc (electronic lease signing)
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of residents, owners, 3 Options Realty or Ciergo
Co-residents: if you share a home, the other residents cannot see your financial details, lease terms, payment status or personal contact information in the app.
Retention and deletion
App data is kept while your account is active. If you request deletion, we delete your app account and personal data within 30 days, and backup copies within a further 90 days. 3 Options Realty may keep records it's legally required to keep, such as lease, maintenance and transaction records, in its own systems for the period required by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Only authorized personnel can access it.
Age
The app is intended for adult residents (18 and older) of homes managed by 3 Options Realty. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights
You can access or correct most of your information in the app or by contacting 3 Options Realty. To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@ciergo.app with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, or use the account deletion page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
Changes
We'll post any updates here and change the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll also notify you in the app.
