Ciergo Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Ciergo LLC ("Ciergo," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through this website (ciergo.app) and through the Ciergo platform, which we operate for property management companies.

Our role
Ciergo provides software to property management companies ("Property Managers"). When a Property Manager uses Ciergo, it decides which residents, owners and properties are in the platform, and it remains responsible for its rental records. Ciergo processes that information on the Property Manager's behalf to provide the service.
Information we collect
On this website
- Information you send us: the name, company, email, phone number and message you submit through our demo, support or account-deletion forms, or by email.
- Technical information: our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this website.
On the Ciergo platform
This includes account details, property and lease information, maintenance requests, photos, messages, documents and device information needed to deliver notifications. The specific categories for each app are listed in that app's privacy policy.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure and support the platform
- To respond to inquiries and demo requests
- To diagnose technical problems and improve reliability
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host and run the platform. These include Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting), Google Firebase (authentication, notifications and diagnostics), Google Workspace (email) and Netlify (website hosting). They may process information only to provide services to us.
Retention
We keep information only as long as it's needed for the purposes above, or as long as the Property Manager's contract and the law require. Website inquiries are kept for up to 24 months.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to people and systems that need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Ciergo is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. App users can also request account deletion here. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. Email hello@ciergo.app with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. Requests about records held by your Property Manager may be forwarded to them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we'll give notice through the platform or this website.
